Double Money Scheme
A 78-month deposit. The amount you place is paid back double at maturity.
The Double Money Scheme runs for 78 months, which is 6.5 years. At the end of that term the society pays twice the amount you deposited. A deposit of ₹50,000 is payable as ₹1,00,000 at maturity. A deposit of ₹1,00,000 is payable as ₹2,00,000.
There is no separate annual rate printed on this scheme. The promise is the doubled maturity amount after 78 months. It is a long deposit, so open it only with money you can leave for the full term. The Kotoli branch confirms the amount, the nominee, and the receipt.
